Would it be possible to make it to where when a Salesman creates a CNA that when they print, it saves to their customer page? Basically just like when we generate a proposal. It would help Managers keep track of what our customers want and need.

So I understand our CNA is special to our dealership, however, when they fill it out they ask all the questions necessary such as what features they want, what their budget is like, info about their trade. It would just be nice for Managers and/or salesman to be able to go back into the CRM and see the info that they documented when that customer visited.

- Are there any specific permissions or access controls needed for managers to view the saved CNAs?
- How frequently do salesmen generate CNAs, and is there a need for any specific organization or categorization on the customer page?
