It would be helpful for the store managers to be able to clock in/ clock out sales reps. So that the rep that went to lunch/for the day and forgot to punch out, does not keep on getting leads and therefore fumbling.

Thanks for posting this, Alan Saavedra-Aura — totally get the issue here. To make sure we’re designing the right manager clock in/out flow, can I ask a couple quick clarifiers: in which cases should managers be able to clock a rep in/out (only when they forgot, or also for things like schedule changes/remote work)? When a manager clocks someone out, should lead assignment stop immediately, and should those leads be rerouted to a specific person or queue? And should this apply to all reps, or only certain roles/teams/locations?
