We are desperately in need of a notifications system for responses from customers. We have a setting that we can toggle when we receive a notification that a customer has opened an email, but not when they respond. We also get no notification when a customer has texted us back. In the Drive presentation this morning the idea hammered into us was "response times" and we believe that in order to significantly diminish response times on our end we should at a bare minimum be receiving notifications of responses from customers somewhere on the screen. An additional feature that would be incredibly helpful, is the ability to have a pop out window of the "unreplied" bin. This way, we can always keep an eye on any of our customers' responses at all times, while we continue to work other files.

If a customer responds to Genius, the assigned users should see notification bar/conversations tab with pending un-replied messages. Most agents have Data Access permission set to "User". They do not see these un-replied messages sent to Genius.

Would be nice if DriveCentric supported the built in notification system that Chrome has so when a new notification comes in, we get a desktop pop up (if the user desires). The sounds don't really cut it, especially if user doesn't have speakers or don't want to hear them all the time.

Please change desktop version of CRM so we will get notifications of text messages received. Currently notifications are only sent to my phone so I miss many text messages because of this.

Would you like to bring back desktop notifications? So the browser would notify you with a banner message?

Jonathan Schultz: Yes, that would be very helpful. I miss a lot of text messages and end up responding late accidently at times. Some clients will only text for communication and handle the rest in person at the dealership.

My apple watch notifies me whenever someone responds in any form or I get tagged in something added or removed from a deal ect.
