"Check In" or similar for General appointments and customers with no open deals

Would like to be able to check in customers for general appointments, and/or customers with no deal. Understanding that there are reporting metrics tied to the Check In function, it can be called something else, but our salespeople need to know when their customers are in the store. Also people outside of sales appointments need to know when their customers arrive in the building

Totally hear you on the need for a way to mark when someone’s arrived even if they’re here for a general appointment or don’t have an open deal (and that it may need to be separate from “Check In” if reporting is tied to that).
