There is currently no way to show all the numbers accurately when we are cutting a check back to the customer for trade equity instead of including that equity in the deal. We were able to do that in legacy desking. That seems to be a flaw in the system. We have to manipulate the numbers to show an accurate payment. In one case, the sales manager just made the trade allowance and the payoff equal to make the payment accurate. But I'm sure you can see how this might be confusing to a customer looking at the worksheet when the payoff does not exist.
