Cheating with the MERGE!
Cherie Wallace
When an older lead is merged into the new lead the history from older lead vanishes! Say first lead comes in as a father. Father and son come to buy a car. Son is actual buyer. When merged... all conversations with Dad via email or calls, texts vanish. So frustrating when splitting deals. And an old internet manager used to merge walk ins with dead internet leads to make her numbers look better. The system makes it too easy for sleater the cheater.

Hey Cherie Wallace, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more examples of situations where merging leads caused important information to be lost?
- How often do you encounter issues with lead merging affecting your sales process?
- What specific information or history would you like to retain when merging leads?
