Shelby Parker For the chat option, it would be great to have direct messages for quick one-on-one communication and the ability to create group chats for specific teams. File sharing (like screenshots or small docs) and notifications for new messages or mentions would make it even more effective.
Having the chat feature available on mobile devices is very important so reps can stay connected while away from their desks.
For security, just ensuring all chats stay internal and visible only to dealership team members would be key.
