Change the appointment no show/show feature to where it can be marked as a show even after 48 hours is up.

And are you hoping to remove the limit altogether, or have a way to allow exceptions in specific scenarios? Lastly, what does the current restriction break for you day to day (reporting accuracy, follow-ups, metrics, etc.)?
