Change 'Send Text' Color to Avoid Accidental Texting

Make sure you wouldn't write note anything you wouldn't want the customer reading. I've accidentally taken a note about a customer, but made that note in the text field and sent my customer my notes on the appointment.
I think something with about the text button being DIFFERENT. like instead of just going from grey to green and saying "send" which looks remarkably like "save" especially when you've got another person out on a test drive, and you just want to add some things to the system to remember later.
IDK, like a different color, a quick message that says wanna send that?

I have made this mistake also, more than a few times

Hiya Brian, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more context on the situations where you accidentally sent a note as a text? For example, was it due to a busy environment, multitasking, or something else?
- What kind of visual or textual cues do you think would be most effective in preventing accidental texts?
- Would you find it helpful if there was a confirmation step before sending a text, or would that slow down your workflow too much?

Shelby Parker: Absolutely, the context was moving fast and being busy. I think I was making the notes on a customer who I was just in the showroom. managers do the check out here so I was quickly making the note to help the next guest. Then I get a text back from the customer confirming my note was accurate.
Probably just a second thing saying "do you want to send this". I do think it would take an extra second to confirm all messages, but it might also give me a second to think about what I'm about to say to someone and allow me the chance to make a change.
