Change default reason when marking a deal lost.

In the vast majority of deals we mark dead are inactive NOT bought elsewhere. Id like a feature where each user with access to mark deals dead can decide what the "default" option is. Maybe having inactivity on deal as a default would be easier but the option would be nice.
