Change Color for Incoming and Outgoing Texts and Emails

Can we please implement where the incoming/ outgoing texts and emails are color coordinated so it is easier to navigate thru the activity section vs bouncing back and forth between that and communications tab.

When going through a customer interaction on the deal card it can be difficult to distinguish what is an inbound vs outbound communication. If the icons were slightly different colors, or more distinct it would help read the flow.

Current outgoing text vs. emails have a different shade of blue based on the type of communication happening with the customer.

Jonathan Schultz: I think we were hoping for different colors for incoming vs outgoing regardless of texts or emails, without having to jump to the communications tab. Is this possible? The only thing different now is the "To" and "From" which can sometimes be hard to decipher if there has been a lot of back and forth.

I'd like to see different sales people/bdc/managers have different colored notes - so scrolling through you can quickly and easily see who is writing what
