Change Color for Incoming and Outgoing Texts and Emails

Can we please implement where the incoming/ outgoing texts and emails are color coordinated so it is easier to navigate thru the activity section vs bouncing back and forth between that and communications tab.

- What specific colors would you prefer for inbound messages to ensure they are easily distinguishable?
- Are there any specific types of inbound messages (calls, texts, emails) that should be prioritized in terms of color differentiation?
- Would you like the color differentiation to apply to all users or only specific roles within your organization?

Shelby Parker Good morning Shelby! Red would work, something bright. When scrolling down an account for a quick review, if any communication from the customer was highlighted, it would help.

Shelby Parker Or, if we can't do colors, maybe mimic how our text threads work on our cell phone. Our communication is on the right side of the screen, and the customer's communication is on the left side.

It would be nice if customer responses in the activity feed were highlighted/emboldened somehow.
It would make spotting the times when a customer interacted faster when skimming their activity history.

It is often times challenging to find old customer responses via text and email because the email and text icon are the same color for both customer responses and dealer replies. If a customer responds to your email, the color should be different then the natural blue icon there is now. This will help figure out where the conversation actually started without having to scroll through the log and the conversation tab. My idea is blue email icon for outbound attempts and purple email icon when the customer responds. Or the text icon is blue when an outbound attempt is made. Maybe when the customer replies that text icon is green.

We would like to see if it is possible to have a more distinct differentiation in messages sent to and from the customer in the conversation tab. Maybe separate the colors or maybe just only include the senders name on the header. We believe this would create a quicker and more ergonomic environment for follow up!

Please update the blue text bubble in the timeline to a different color. Use blue for user messages and yellow (or another distinguishable color) for customer responses. This will enhance readability and make it easier to differentiate between messages at a glance.
