Hi Asha Quinn — thanks for the request here. To make sure we’re thinking about the right CBC integration, could you share which CBC provider/system you mean (full name or a link)? Also, when someone clicks the Credit App button, what should the CBC-enabled flow do on your end (e.g., send the app to CBC, pull the decision back into DriveCentric, prefill the application from CRM data, etc.)? And lastly, who at the dealership would use this most, and what’s the main pain point they’re trying to solve today without the integration?
