It would be nice to have a filter that allows BDC and Salespersons to know when a customer has been sold or otherwise instead of being with the leads that have not been contacted yet.

- How frequently should the categorization filter be updated to reflect the current status of the leads?
- Are there any specific notifications or alerts you would like to receive when a lead's status changes?
