Currently, DriveCentric has integration with CarWars for calling which gives users the ability to click-to-call customers from their unique CarWars phone number in the CRM. As a user, I'd like to be able to text customers in the CRM using my unique CarWars phone number.

is it possible to set up an additional text #? For example, keep the current one for salespeople to use, but have a separate # so when a text is sent from, let's say me or another manager, it's sent from a different #?

Hey Ben Dameron - it currently isn't possible to have multiple numbers assigned to a singular store through our texting platform.
With that being said, I did identify that your dealership is using CarWars for outbound calls. This year, we plan to work with them on a texting integration that would allow you to use your individual number for outbound for texting as well, so each person at the dealership with a unique number for calls has one for texting as well!
