To make sure we’re thinking about the right solution, could you clarify which DriveCentric events you’d want to trigger the notification (new text/email, new lead, task reminder, etc.)? And when it pops up while you’re driving, what would you ideally be able to do—just view it, have it read aloud, or take an action like reply/mark complete/call back? Lastly, is the main goal here to avoid missing time-sensitive customer messages while you’re away from your desk, or is there another on-the-road workflow you’re trying to cover?
