Calling out // for some reason for months it doesn't ring out to customer when I call through drive centric, so I have to use a landline or my cell phone to ring out.

Calling out // for some reason for months it doesn't ring out to customer when I call through drive centric, so I have to use a landline or my cell phone to ring out // my cell phone number is 502-416-2422 // It doesn't ring it goes straight on my end but it will ring to their phone and go to their voicemail, but I cant hear anything on my end.
