I'd like two things added to drive. 1) a caller i.d function where i'd be able to see the name of the customer calling my drive number. 2) a tracker that keeps track of how long i spend on the phone with phone calls, voicemails, etc. in each day

Thanks for sharing this, Nick Haley — both of these would definitely make calling in Drive feel a lot smoother. To make sure we’re scoping it the right way, could you clarify a couple things: for caller ID, when someone calls your Drive number, should we display the exact name from the saved contact/record, and how would you want it handled if there are multiple matches or no match at all? For the daily phone-time tracker, what’s the main goal (personal productivity vs. manager reporting vs. payroll/timekeeping), and who needs access to that view (just you, or also your team/management)? And lastly, what should count toward the daily total — only live inbound/outbound call time, or also time spent listening to voicemails, leaving voicemails, and missed calls?
