Right now, if someone gets a lead and they call immediately there is no way know they are on the phone. Sometime leads are on the clock for 15-20 minutes while the customer is on the phone with the sales person.
We need a way to know if they're on the call so we don't put it back in rotation. A "call started" note or live call note would be great to help this. Really, I would think the second they start the call it would clear the lead.
