Call Log on the App

I would like to be able to access the call log from the app. If there is an easy integration, it would be beneficial to have call log access directly from your app.

Thanks for sharing this, Jared Horton — totally hear how having call log access right in the app would make things a lot smoother, especially if there’s a straightforward integration path. Just to make sure we’re scoping the right thing: which call log are you hoping to see (calls placed/received through DriveCentric calling vs. your phone’s native call history)? What’s the main outcome you’re trying to achieve with it (review recent calls, return missed calls, add notes/follow-ups, etc.)? And who on your team would lean on this most and in what scenario (sales on the lot, BDC, managers on the go)?

Shelby Parker I would mostly be interested in the inbound call log. This way managers would be able to listen to inbound sales calls on the fly. Some of our managers even listen to the call log on their day off. If they had the inbound call log on their app, it would make it that much easier, and might promote some of our other managers to do the same when they are away from a computer.
