We have launched a Buying Center at this location and are in the process of doing the same at all locations. Looking for some features that would take a customer wanting to sell his vehicle from beginning to end, which would be we purchased his vehicle/ Apts Set Shown and Sold with Sources. Sources are different for these folks. Buying Center would be like the Sales Person, I guess, and then the process of appointments, then visit, and finally results. Follow up would be different, but the same, just purchase driven, but potentially sales driven. Clear as mud, I know
