A great feature we had on our previous CRM was the sales numbers on the Buyers Order add and subtract themselves. Though it is a small feature, our sales people used to love it! Would love to see that on DriveCentric.

Hello Steven Charleville! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details about the specific sales numbers that were auto-generated in the previous CRM?
- How did the auto-generation of these numbers benefit the sales process?
- Are there any specific scenarios where this feature was particularly useful or any scenarios where it was not?

Hey Shelby Parker,
The sales numbers that are auto generated are the bottom line for amount due for the customer at the time of purchase.
Example of this would be:
When the vehicle sale amount is added, it is reflected automatically in the bottom line. Then when the trade amount is put in its appropriate box, the amount taken off the bottom line is calculated and the new amount due is reflected on the bottom line automatically. The form will continue to add or deduct from the bottom line total amount due as you add pay off info, rebate info, accessories, or any additional fees.
The major benefits to this feature are 2 main reasons:
The first reason is accuracy. There would be no human error from salesmen when adding and subtracting the numbers on the Buyers Order.
The second reason is speed of the transaction. Instead of having salesmen do the math on their own and then going back a second time to check their total, it would be 100% correct guaranteed the first time.
I CANNOT think of a scenario where this would not only benefit our store, but any store using your platform.
