Button That Navigates to Customer’s Last Engagement

It would be nice to have a button somewhere that you can click and it will scroll straight to the last time you were engaged with the customer so you do not have to scroll and scroll and potentially miss it. Kind of like when you click on a pinned note and it scrolls to where that note is on the customer's profile.

I would love to see a last engaged date to the right of the engaged green dot under guest name. Alternatively, or a second location, on the customer card under date created. This would be a HUGE time saver looking for notes from the last time the guest responded to us.
