Business Rules - Add "No Trade-In" Filter

Ability to exclude vehicles with no trade-in on templates. For example, we have an auto email that goes out to customers to follow up after their showroom visit. In this email, we want to mention the trade in value and seeing if the customer is still interested in trading in (with hopes that they will still sell us their trade even if they decide to not purchase from us). The email doesn't make sense if the customer doesn't have a trade. We see the option to include customers if they do have a trade, but we don't see the option to exclude customers from getting the auto email and the auto email to not populate to them if they don't have a trade.

- Can you provide more details on how you currently identify customers with a trade-in?
- What is the current process for excluding certain customers from receiving specific emails?
- Are there any other scenarios where you would like to exclude certain customer groups from receiving specific emails?

Shelby Parker we would identify a customer with no trade in by knowing they don't have a trade in but the issue here is specifically as we reach out to customers already existing in the system that don't have a trade in currently (engaged but not sold customers). We don't want certain templates to fire off automatically to customers who don't have a trade in if the email mentioned their trade. For example, if Jane Doe doesn't have a trade, I don't want her to get an email that says "Hi Jane Doe, we would like to reevaluate your trade" or something that mentions a trade that is non-existent. Templates currently allow for trade-in inclusion but not exclusion. Thank you for the help with this!
