Business Credit Application option

It would be great to have an actual business credit application through Drive so we are able to push it correctly to Route One. When you switch it to business, it still asks for the same information like a customer and it isn't clear on what to input and what to not input. That way businesses are able to actually enter in their information properly and securely. It should have the option for them to add a guarantor or co-sign on behalf of the business as well.

Thanks for sharing this, Keisha Bailey — really helpful context. Totally hear you on the confusion when switching to a business application and still being prompted for consumer-style fields, especially if it impacts pushing cleanly to Route One. I’m looping this into our review with the team, and if you’re open to it, a quick example of which fields feel unclear (and whether you need guarantor/co-signer support in most cases) would help us evaluate the best approach.

Shelby Parker so instead of SSN, it should be the EIN - and instead of employer, it should list the business info - type of business, years in business, gross monthly/yearly profit, DBA, primary legal address, and if a guarantor - owner, title, address, phone number, SSN, DOB, and % of ownership.
