Business Contact Name Field on Customer Contact Card

For customers that are listed as a business or company, it would be extremely helpful to have a dedicated field on the contact card for a primary contact name. This would allow our team to clearly identify who we are speaking with when calling or emailing, especially in cases where multiple employees may interact with the same account.
Additionally, having this contact name tied into email functionality, such as auto-populating in email blasts or templates, would ensure that communications feel more personalized and professional.
This feature would help reduce confusion, improve internal efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
