Shelby Parker 1-Simply being a business profile vs customer. 2- Business commercial customers 90 day follow up (vs 6 months with other customers) 3- Just to separate traditional follow up for businesses. For example when a business buys 6 vehicles in a year... we dont want follow up running for 6 vehicles.... we just want follow up every 90 days for that business.
