I’d like to request a feature that would streamline how dealerships manage unsubscribe requests in DriveCentric:

Requested Feature

Bulk Email Opt-Out via Upload – the ability to upload a list (CSV or Excel) of contacts and automatically apply the “Do Not Email” flag to each.

Why This Is Needed

Efficiency: Right now, each opt-out has to be applied one-by-one, which is extremely time-consuming when we receive large unsubscribe lists.

Compliance: Dealerships need to quickly and reliably honor unsubscribe requests to remain compliant with regulations (CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Accuracy: Uploading a list reduces the chance of human error compared to manually editing each record.

Workflow Alignment: Our unsubscribe lists typically come in CSV/Excel format from email platforms like Mailchimp. Being able to import those directly into DriveCentric would eliminate redundant manual work.

Future Expansion

While email is the top priority, this functionality could be extended later to cover bulk opt-outs for text and phone communications as well.

This feature would save dealerships significant administrative time, reduce compliance risk, and help ensure customer preferences are honored consistently.
