Bulk action on "issues" group from email blasts

It's great that the email blasts identify issues, but it would be more useful if we could then take some sort of action with that list. We recently did an email blast and 250 email addresses hard bounced. I would like to be able to collectively remove those incorrect email addresses to avoid future wasted marketing efforts.
