It would be really cool to be able to create a task for future follow up directly from the screen after addressing a "fumble" on behalf of a salesperson.

Celeste DesRosiers Thank you for the feature request! We are not planning to add this feature request. We feel that it's very easy to add a task from the Customer Card or the Pipeline from the Next Task Column. Thank you again for the feature request and have a great day!
