Just so we’re aligned on what you’re looking for in Better Reporting, can you clarify what you mean by the Front, Back, and Total “grosses” (e.g., per deal/vehicle/store, and what each number should represent)? Also, when you pick a date range, are you expecting the results broken out month-by-month within that range, or one combined total for all selected dates? And lastly, what’s the main goal for this report (manager month-end review, salesperson tracking, accounting, etc.) and who’s the primary audience?
