breakdown of all appointments that are created, set, show and sell. Separated between bdc dept and sales team

Thanks for sharing this, Tim Brackenbury — totally get why a BDC vs Sales breakdown would be useful here. Just to make sure we’re aligning the report to your workflow: for “created / set / show / sell,” what definitions should we use for each stage (e.g., what specifically counts as created vs set, and what qualifies as a show and a sell)? Also, how do you want appointments attributed to BDC vs Sales — by who created it, who confirmed/set it, who handled the showroom visit, or something else? And lastly, what time range and rollup do you need (daily/weekly/monthly, by store/rooftop, by rep, or just department totals)?

We have separated our bdc from the the sales floor the bdc will handle all incoming leads for internet sources they are responsible for setting up appointments for our sales teams. The salespeople meanwhile will be responsible for setting appointments from their own sources ie. referrals, social media and service drive. We need to be able track how the bdc set appointments are performing, the 3 KPI's are set. show and sold. the salespeople will be judged on the same three KPI's set. show and sold The current reports combine a lot of these categories and we need to be able to see them separately Let me know your thoughts
