Bad leads should not have tasks

When a lead is marked as a "bad lead", intuitively any tasks should dissappear. Why would a bad lead have tasks? Yet all tasks remain after a lead is marked as bad....?? I would think AI could manage that.

I would expect that any bad lead would have all tasks automatically removed. The only exception might be a returning customer. In that case, knowing why its a bad lead for the sales person is important, but again, no tasks.

Thanks for flagging this, Keith Wills — totally hear you on the workflow logic here. If a lead is marked as a bad lead, it makes sense that any remaining tasks would be cleared out or hidden so things don’t stay cluttered/confusing. I’m sharing this with the team for review, and if you can confirm whether you’d expect tasks to be automatically deleted vs. just removed from view (and whether there are any exceptions you’d want), that’ll help us evaluate the best approach.
