i want to be able to permanently delete bad leads from my crm.
Also be given full access to the crm as the bdc manager

Yes remove them from all view and data points but keep in the basement for compliance.
Bad contact, dead deals.
I am the only BDC manager leads person for my store. I am also the sales manager.
What other permissions should I have?

To make sure we’re solving the right thing, can I clarify a couple details: when you say “bad leads,” what kinds are you referring to (duplicates, spam, wrong contact info, already sold/closed, wrong store, etc.), and what’s the main reason you need them permanently removed? Also, for “permanently delete,” do you mean fully gone from all views/reports, or would it work if they’re removed from day-to-day workflows but still retained somewhere for audit/compliance? And on the BDC manager access piece, which specific areas/actions are you blocked from today that you’d consider “full access,” and should that apply across all leads/users or just your team/store?
