Sometimes if we have a few busy days we can end up with 100 or more customers "checked in" and it is tedious to go through and check them all out

Hello All!
We are excited to announce that this feature was released this morning.
Your Expert User (CRM Admin) will need to contact your Customer Success Team to discuss the enablement process. If Enabled, Customers will be Checked Out at 11:30 PM local dealership time with a Check Out Note that says the following: "System automatically checked the customer out of the store due to store settings.”
The Business Rule under Deal Activities for 'Deal Checked Out' can run Check Out Business Rules off of this automatic Check Out process.

Auto Check-Out

An auto check out after midnight / 24 hours of a customer being checked in would be great!

Great to hear your perspective, Lexi R.! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you clarify what you mean by 'checking in' and 'checking out' a customer?
- What specific actions or changes would you like to see happen when a customer is automatically checked out?
- Are there any specific conditions under which the auto check-out should not occur?

Clock out notifications for checked in customers

At the end of the day when we go to clock out, it should not be allowed if we have a customer checked into the store. This could help prevent the customers piling up. Most salesmen do not remember to check out their customers and leave the notes. Just a simple error notification letting them know that they need to check out those customers before leaving would be nice.

Ill play devils advocate here, it would be pointless to auto check customers out, because now your staff knows they don't have to so what is the point of even having them checked in if we just let them all pile up. Make it part of your process, no new up until they are checked out or make your desk do it as part of their process.
