Thanks for raising this, Ben Cheema — totally get why having tasks clear automatically during impersonation would keep things a lot cleaner. To make sure we’re looking at the right behavior, could you clarify a couple things: when you’re impersonating Sales 1 or AI, what specific action are you taking that you expect should clear the BDC task set (sending a message, completing an outreach step, etc.)? And today, what do you see happen to those BDC tasks when you do that — do they stay open, clear only sometimes, or partially clear? Lastly, should the outcome match exactly what happens when the BDC user does the action themselves, or are you expecting a different clearing rule when impersonating?
