Automatic Privacy Policy Inclusion for Mass Marketing Emails and Email Blasts

We would like to request functionality that automatically includes a dealership's privacy policy disclosure in all mass marketing emails and email blasts sent through DriveCentric.
Currently, privacy policy language can be included in transactional emails through store signatures. However, mass marketing emails and email blasts use a separate template structure and do not automatically inherit the store signature or privacy policy disclosure. As a result, users must manually add the required language each time a campaign is created.
This creates a compliance risk, particularly for dealership groups operating in states with privacy regulations such as California's CCPA/CPRA requirements. Because the process relies on manual action by individual users, there is an increased likelihood that required disclosures may be unintentionally omitted from marketing communications.
We are requesting a solution that ensures privacy policy disclosures are automatically included in all mass marketing emails and email blasts. Potential options could include:
-A store-level setting that automatically appends the dealership's privacy policy language to all mass marketing emails and email blasts
-A global compliance footer that is automatically applied to all marketing communications
-The ability to designate required legal/compliance language that cannot be removed from marketing email templates
The goal is to provide a consistent, automated compliance solution that eliminates reliance on manual processes and ensures required disclosures are present across all outbound marketing communications.
