AUTOMATE DMS GORSS

I would like accessories to be shown in front end gross from DMS just like they are shown in DMS. If you sell a bed cover it is not a back end add so it should not go to back end gross.

Its when it comes back from the DMS on the leader board. the accessories goes as back end on the leader board

Thanks for calling this out, DONALD PADDOCK — totally hear you on wanting accessories (like a bed cover) to show up in front-end gross the same way they’re categorized in your DMS, instead of being pushed to back-end. To make sure we’re solving this the right way, can you clarify: which deal types this should apply to (all retail deals or only certain ones) and at what point in the workflow you expect the accessory gross to appear on the front end? Also, should we follow the DMS classification 1:1 for what counts as an “accessory” vs a “back end add,” or are there any exceptions you need? Lastly, what’s the biggest impact today (reporting, commissions/pay plans, customer-facing numbers, etc.), and what would “fixed” look like for you?
