AutoMate Co-Signer Push Creating Duplicate Customer Cards

When a deal that requires a co-signer pushes from AutoMate back into delivered in Drive, we are seeing two customers being created. One customer card is the Co-Signer who'm is attached to the vehicle that the primary signer bought. Drive does not merge these back together. Can we PLEASE get this fixed as it's creating many useless customer cards for us. Thank you!

Thanks for posting this, Cory Wilhelm — and sorry you’re running into it. I can see how duplicate customer cards from the AutoMate co-signer push would create a lot of extra cleanup. This feedback is really helpful; I’m sharing it with the team so we can dig into what’s happening when the deal moves back into Delivered in Drive, and we’ll follow up if we need any additional details to reproduce it.
