We are on the main leads page(the target icon). We are hoping for a realtime refresh. As a team we really appreciate your reply and interest in what would make things better. Pressing F5 all day is a bit much.

Really appreciate you sharing this, Stephanie Erwin — with a team of 6 across 9 stores, I can see how manual refreshing would get old fast. To make sure we’re designing the right kind of auto-refresh, can you clarify which Leads screen/view you mean (a specific list/queue vs. all Leads pages) and where you’d want it most? Also, what’s the main pain you’re trying to solve day-to-day (newly assigned leads coming in, teammate status updates, avoiding missed changes, etc.)? And when it refreshes, should it preserve your current filters/sort and scroll position while you’re working, or always reload to surface the newest items at the top?
