Being able to have it pull from the system the amount of time left on a customer lease when doing a template for an email. The system can generate a 6 month end of lease alert for you (which it does now) - but being able to have an auto fill for remaining lease payments would be a great feature to have

Jacob Coleman Another feature that would be cool to have is an inventory alert. So if a customer came in and said hey I’m looking for a 2021 Jeep Renegade under 30k miles for under $25k and it would alert me once that became available in our inventory. that would be amazing to have as well. Not sure if that’s something that could be worked on too

- What specific information about the remaining lease payments would you like to be auto-filled in the email template?
- How would you like the system to handle situations where there are multiple leases associated with a single customer?

- Putting it in the token field when creating email templates would be great.
- Just the amount of payments remaining on the lease….ex: the system auto generates a task for me saying John Doe has 6 payments remaining. The system can clearly track how many payments are left on a lease with each customer. So if there was a token that said lease payments remaining(or whatever you want to call it) so we can set up a generic email template with the remaining lease payments left. Then if the customer doesn’t respond with emails and texts at the 6 month mark, once it goes down to 5 or 4 it will auto fill that so we don’t have to figure out how many payments remain.
- If the system is smart enough to know to trigger an alert for an upcoming lease, it should just automatically know that’s the lease we’re talking about when we send out the email. So if that customer has 2 leases. One up in a year, one up in 6 months, the system knows which car is the 6 months and should default to that
