It be really awesome and help not bog down BDC if we had any customer who calls in if they have a salesman or service advisor attached to their profile it be directed to them directly instead of it going to BDC

Thanks for sharing this, Jesus Kendall — totally hear you on wanting to keep BDC from getting bogged down, and this would make the call flow a lot smoother. A couple quick questions so we can make sure we’re designing it the right way: should we only route directly when the incoming number matches an existing customer profile, or also if the caller identifies themselves another way? If someone has both a salesperson and a service advisor tied to their profile, who should get priority (and should that change based on whether it’s a sales vs. service call)? And if the assigned person doesn’t pick up, what’s the preferred fallback — back to BDC, voicemail, or route to someone else?

Shelby Parker Priority would go to last person that had 2 way communication or if they select sales goes directly to their salesman that sold them their RV or if they select service goes directly to their service advisor
