Auto-Clear unsubscribed tasks

Tasks have started to build up for those customers that have opted-out of a specific mode of communication, such as emails. I continue to get email tasks, but am unable to complete it. It'd be nice for the system to automatically recognise this and either dismiss the tasks on its own or know not to assign them to begin with for the customers that this is applicable for. This is the case on all methods of contact; phone, text, email and video.

- How frequently do these tasks build up for customers who have opted out of communication?
- Are there specific types of tasks that are more problematic than others when customers opt out?
- Would you prefer tasks to be automatically dismissed or not assigned at all for opted-out communication methods?
