To make sure we’re scoping it the right way, could you clarify a couple things: when are you most often trying to attach something (customer notes vs. order/build sheets vs. somewhere else), and which one matters most? What’s the main day-to-day problem you’re trying to solve with attachments (proof photos, signed docs, keeping order details together, etc.)? And once an attachment is added, who should be able to see it — just the uploader, the whole team, or certain roles?
