Assertive appointment scheduling should only be on active leads

Assertive appointment scheduling should be able to only be on active leads and / or sales leads. The genius does not have the ability to schedule service appointments, however with assertive appointment scheduling turned on she is messaging previously sold customers and service customers messages like "I noticed you visited us for service recently, and we’re glad to see you back. What vehicle are you currently driving? If you’d like to stop by again, does a certain day or time work for you?" and if they do respond wanting to schedule a service appointment she sends the scheduling link but redundantly asks if there's a day and time that work.

Hiya Morgan Luna, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What criteria should be used to define an 'active lead' or 'sales lead' for the purpose of assertive appointment scheduling?
- How should the system differentiate between scheduling sales appointments and service appointments to avoid confusion?
- Would you like any specific messaging changes when contacting previously sold or service customers to improve clarity?

- Active being active, not dead or sold. Sales being sales, not service..
- Considering the system sends the service scheduling link to service appointments that leads me to believe the system is already able to differentiate.
- It would be great to use these cold messages to try to purchase their current vehicle. Some messages just don't really make sense, like asking "What are you currently driving" when we're following up on a vehicle they just got serviced ..chances are that's what they're driving..
