As a sales manager, during a checkout you should be prompted to update the roadmap at the same time
Michael Fernandez
It looks like the roadmap can be easily forgotten about if you just check someone out and put notes. Once you click the checkout button, you should be prompted to review the roadmap and update as necessary.

Thanks for posting this, Michael Fernandez — totally hear you on how easy it is for the roadmap to get missed in the moment. To make sure we’re designing the right prompt, could you clarify a couple things: in your workflow, what exactly does “checkout” mean and who usually does it? Also, which “roadmap” are you referring to, and what updates would you expect to make right at checkout (next steps/tasks, stage/status, follow-up timing, etc.)? And lastly, if someone has nothing to change, should they be able to skip the prompt, or should an update be required before checkout can be completed?
