ARE YOU SURE PROMPT BEFORE IGNORING A CONVERSTION

After you click Ignore in the conversation tab, there should be a prompt that says, "Are you sure?" This would make the user certain they are ignoring a conversation.
Reason: I believe some conversations are unintentionally being ignored. Resulting in a missed chance for dialog with the client.
