I love the new appt dashboard but even with the filter set to sales I have to click on and off the day to get it to show only sales. It's the most frustrating thing as I am in and out of the page a lot during the day. The filter holds on the other areas of the pipeline. Am I doing something wrong on the appt dashboard?

Shawn Goebel I just filtered to sales appts only in the usual way. The filter stays at the top but every time I go in and out if its more than a few minutes the filter doesn't actually work. If I flip to the next day and then back again the filter takes effect. It's a minor annoyance but as I am in and out of that screen all day its an all day minor annoyance :)

Gina Sparks: Thank you for pointing this out! Let me do some testing on this! That filter should stick and not be removed unless you remove it. I am all over this though and will run some tests! Thank you for finding this!

Gina Sparks Thank you for the feature request! The filters you add to the new Appointment screen should remain after you leave and come back to the Appointments screen. They should also remain if you log out and log back in. Can you tell me how you're adding those filters so I can see if you're adding them in a way we didn't account for? Thank you!

- Can you describe the steps you take when setting the filter to sales on the appointment dashboard?
- Have you noticed if this issue occurs at specific times of the day or under certain conditions?
- Is there any other functionality on the appointment dashboard that you find confusing or problematic?
