Appt icon next to customer name when searching a stock number

When one of our other stores wants a new/used vehicle in our inventory, we put the stock number in the search bar and it lists all the customers on that vehicle. Currently, we have to click on every customer who has been on that vehicle to search for an appt. Is there a way to add something next to the customer's name when it drops down to show us there is an appt on that vehicle on that customer? This would save alot of time.

Great to hear your perspective, Heather Williams! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific information would you like to see displayed next to the customer's name to indicate an appointment?
- How frequently do you search for stock numbers and check for appointments in a typical day or week?
- Are there any specific scenarios or examples where having this feature would have significantly improved your workflow?

Shelby Parker Any icon would work. A small calendar or 2 silhouettes with a clock. There are 4 stores in our group, so we are always swapping inventory. 20+ times a day atleast they inquire. If the vehicle has only been here a few days, it probably hasn't had much action so it is easy. However, older vehicles can have MANY customers attached and we have to click on every customer to see if they have a future appt or are currently working a deal. We could simply look down the list and scroll to the bottom and if we do not see the icon, we know there is no active appt on it.
