When a lead is approaching 90 days we get a notification, also when the lead closes we can get a notification as well. I've been noticing that when leads are closing out, a customer could have put in another lead that gives us more time to follow up but the system doesn't recognize this and closes lead early. This could help us in the continue working leads. If it's not a notification, it could be like a reminder task.
