we need to be able to see how many times a customer has set an appointment. If we cancel an appointment--the trail disappears. I like to know if a customer is just setting to get us off the phone or how long ago they set for previous appts. without having to read an entire note thread. I would like to see the "appt. journey". All other CRMS I've ever worked has this feature.

- What specific information would you like to see in the 'appointment journey' view?
- How far back should the appointment history be tracked for each customer?
- Would you like notifications or alerts for specific patterns in appointment setting, such as frequent cancellations?
